13th European Congress of Andrology (ECA2024; https://www.eca2024.com/) with activities co-organized by Andronet

The 13th European Congress of Andrology (ECA2024; https://www.eca2024.com/)  will be held in Stockholm, Sweden on 4-6 September 2024, and Andronet, as a co-organizer of different activities, has a substantial budget to reimburse up to 119 Andronet of our members. There is no requirement to submit an abstract to be considered for reimbursement but you should participate in at least one of the two activities co-organized by Andronet (either the ECA2024 EAA-ANDRONET course for andrologists, on September 4 from 12:30-15:35, or the Andronet presentation followed by the Annual MC meeting, September 5 from 13:30-15:00).  Andronet members will be eligible for reimbursement of their long-distance travel expenses plus around 2 daily allowances to cover an expected tentative average reimbursement of 950€ per participant, paid by COST after the Congress according to COST travel reimbursement rules.

If you are planning to participate in ECA2024, you are welcome to register before the 'early bird' deadline on May 15, 2024. At the time of online registration, you will find a query to indicate whether or not you apply for being considered for reimbursement. Only applicants fully registered to ECA2024 with payment by May 15 will be considered. If the number of requests exceeds the available 119 places, then a selection will be made based on Andronet goals by the Core Group and the applicants will be notified by May 30, 2024.
